Membership Pricing

Prime Member

Our membership pricing includes unlimited access in the office. Annual physical, urinalysis ,routine labs, strep test, flu test, pregnancy test, blood glucose test, cryotherapy and in-house procedures...ALL INCLUDED. School physicals and sports physicals also included. ECG and Pulmonary Function testing when indicated. X-rays, non-routine labs, and medications will be approx 20% above our cost.
